Paint Can Do Sooo Much!

The most cost effective way to update and personalize your home is to paint the interior. Take this duplex for example. It was purchased by a new homeowner in the Highlands and was last updated about 10 years ago. The homeowner's budget included refinishing the floors and fresh paint throughout but didn't quite stretch to cover other features.

Kitchen and bath tile, counter tops, cabinets are all outdated but look amazing with fresh and new paint choices. Much better!
